These Terms govern your use of this website and the Big Move Algo trading indicator (together, the "Services"), operated by Hiddo Strategies. By using the Services you accept these Terms; if you don't accept them, don't use the Services. We may update the Terms at any time, and the version published here is the one in force.
1. Access and use
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have a guardian's consent to be bound by these Terms for you. You are responsible for your own means of access and for anyone using your connection. Any information you give us during signup or use must be accurate and kept current.
2. The service
Big Move Algo is a subscription indicator delivered inside your TradingView account, linked to the TradingView username you provide. We may refuse, limit or withdraw service where these Terms are breached. Prices, features and content on the site can change at any time without notice, and the site may occasionally contain errors we are not obliged to act on.
3. Intellectual property
All code, signals, logic, text, graphics and branding belong to Hiddo Strategies. Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence to use the indicator; it is not a sale of the software. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, share access to, decompile or reverse engineer any part of it.
4. Trademarks
Big Move Algo is a mark of Hiddo Strategies. TradingView® is a registered trademark of TradingView, Inc. (www.tradingview.com); we are not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView.
5. No financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial advice. Trading carries significant risk and many people lose money trading. Past performance, including backtested performance, does not indicate future results. We have no access to your brokerage or trading accounts and cannot assess your results. Trade decisions are yours alone, ideally made with a qualified professional.
6. Refunds
Your first payment is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, described in the Refund Policy.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services unlawfully, scrape or harvest data, upload malicious code, impersonate others, interfere with the Services' operation or security, or share your access with third parties.
8. Liability and indemnity
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent the law allows, Hiddo Strategies is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw.
